Chef Tim’s Cauliflower Flat Bread

Cauliflower flatbread Pizza

Serves- 4


  • ½ head cauliflower, chopped well (riced cauliflower is now available in the freezer section of most grocery stores
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 head garlic, chopped
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Fresh Basil- to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, combine cauliflower, parmesan cheese, egg, and garlic, and mix well.

Spread out on a baking sheet. 

Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes (until golden brown). 

In a sauté pan, combine olive oil, zucchini, red peppers, and tomatoes, and sauté on medium heat until tender.  Spread over the flatbread, garnish with fresh basil.

Cauliflower helps improve blood pressure and kidney function and acts as an anti-inflammatory. It is rich in vitamin C, vitamin k, protein, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, magnesium, phosphorus, fiber, vitamin B6, folate, potassium, and manganese.
